Working with the Polkadot network

In the CPAY system, the following operations will be performed with the participation of the Polkadot blockchain network: obtaining a balance for a wallet, creating a wallet, transferring funds, receiving transactions. The minimum possible amount to receive DOT with a swap is 1.03. When withdrawing, there should always be 1 DOT left on your wallet balance.
